my version -- marinated overnight with aromatic south asian spices and served with two dipping sauces - yogurt mint, cilantro, chili and garlic dip and tamarind-date chutney...


side veg -- french-moroccan cauliflower/eggplant/chickpeas with harissa, truffle salt seasoning.
